Industry

 

  • Low seasonal/business cyclicality

  • Fragmented industry without several large companies
    with overwhelming market share

  • Growing at 4-5% or more per year

 

Financial

 

  • 60%+ of revenue is recurring

  • >15% Cash flow margin

  • Minimum of $1.0M in Profit (EBITDA)

 

Company

 

  • Low customer concentration

  • B2B focused

  • Owner is willing to sell and/or desires to transition out of a leadership role moving forward
